How do I know which size to buy?

Just order according to the age of the child. All our children's jewellery is measured from end to end including clasp. With bracelets for children you need it to be big enough to easily clasp but not too big in case it falls off. However all our pearl necklaces and bracelets come with a sterling silver extension chain, which can be fastened anywhere along the chain, meaning the jewellery can grow with the child.

 

Children's Bracelets:

Baby 6-18mth old - 4.5 inch

Toddler 18mth-36mth old - 5inch

Junior 3-5yrs old - 5.5inch

Child 5+ - 6inch

38-40cm approx unless stated otherwise

 How do I place an order?
 

 

Just add your chosen items  to your shopping basket, and check out securely using our payment options. Don't forget to choose the colour you would like and if you would like a charm added.

We are also happy to accept cheque and postal order payments and will dispatch your order of children's jewellery once your cheque is cleared. Please contact us.

 

What about postage and delivery?

All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class.We aim to dispatch your order within 7 working days.

 

We regret we cannot offer express delivery with our pearl jewellery, as each item is made to order. If you need your item in a hurry please contact us and we will always try and help.

Special orders may take longer to prepare and process, we will discuss this with you at the time of ordering.

Our postage and packing charges are as follows:

Up to £15   £1.60

£15-£35  £2.20

£50 and over £3.20  (Orders over £50 will be sent recorded delivery)


If you live outside the UK and would like to order please contact us for a postage quote.

What about returns?

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you can return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund. Items must be returned unworn and undamaged (scratches, marks, abrasions) and in the original packaging.

You are responsible for proof of posting and paying postage charges to return the goods.

If you find any item is damaged or faulty, You may return it within 30 days and we will also refund your postage.

We will refund your money or send you a replacement.

For ALL returns please contact us within 1 week of receiving the goods. .

How safe is the jewellery?

All our clasps and metal parts meet the European Nickle Directives (EN 1810, EN 1811, EN 12472).

All our products are strung on 19 strands of stainless steel and nylon Soft Flex, able to withstand 26lbs of pressure.

 We have tried to make our jewellery as safe as possible, however, our jewellery is made with small parts and can cause a choking hazard to children under 3.

 

Our jewellery is not a toy.
 

How do I care for the jewellery?

Pearls are a natural product and can be worn down and scratched with constant rubbing.
Pearls can react to perfumes and other cosmetic products, you should apply these before wearing your pearls.
Wipe your pearls with a soft cloth after wearing, and store in the box or pouch they came in. Do not let them rub against other jewellery in a jewellery box.
Sterling silver will tarnish in time, a quick wipe with an impregnated silver polishing cloth will quickly restore it to shine (avoid getting products such as Silvo or silver dip on the pearls)
As these pearls are strung  on safty wire not traditional silk thread, they will not need re-stringing, however do not imerse the pearls in water as the wire may rust at the cut ends.
Your beautiful jewellery will stay beautiful for longer if you remove jewellery for sleeping, bathing (baths and swimming) and eating!
